Youssef El Amrani
Founder & CEO
With over 20 years in Moroccan real estate development, Youssef founded Atlas Investment Group with a vision to bring international standards to Moroccan property development. He previously led major developments at Groupe Addoha and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Leila Benjelloun
Chief Investment Officer
Leila brings 15 years of investment banking experience from Goldman Sachs London and Casablanca Finance City. She leads our investment strategy, capital raising, and investor relations. She holds a CFA charter and an MSc from LSE.
Omar Tazi
Chief Development Officer
Omar oversees all project development activities from land acquisition through to delivery. A civil engineer by training with 18 years experience, he has delivered over 2,000 residential units across Morocco.
Sophie Laurent
Chief Financial Officer
Sophie is a French-qualified CPA with extensive experience in real estate finance. Previously CFO at a major Moroccan development firm, she oversees financial planning, risk management, and investor reporting.
Karim Idrissi
Head of Legal & Compliance
Karim is a qualified Moroccan and French avocat with 12 years specializing in real estate law. He manages all legal structuring, regulatory compliance, and investor documentation.
Nadia El Fassi
Director of Sales & Marketing
Nadia leads our global sales and marketing efforts, bringing 10 years of luxury real estate marketing experience from London and Dubai. She oversees our international investor network.
